We know that each and every crashed drive is a disaster and we take personal pride in helping you get it back.

If Gillware has recovered any photos that are particularly meaningful to you, send us an email with a one-paragraph explanation as to why the photo is important to you and attach the photo. Just send the email to with the subject "Photo Gallery" if you'd like to submit a photo! So get that favorite baby picture, pet picture, wedding photo out!

At work I tell people to back up their data in two places. That way if one fails, there is a spare copy. I followed my own advice and did that, however, both places failed in a two week time frame. I knew the only option was to take the external hard drive to Gillware, Inc., hoping to retrieve the data from the drive I had backed up many computers on. This data is an accumulation of photo's, documents, presentations, etc., from many pc's at our Madison buildings. We had used their services a couple years ago when the hard drive on our email server died, and that was a success, so naturally I called them first. To replace this data manually would take so much time and I am very grateful for them being able to retrieve the data we were looking for. I also appreciate their courtesy and timeliness during our busiest time of year. Attached is one of the valuable photo's you retrieved for us.
